Where to See Vian Borchert’s Art in the US?

While the events described above are already over, works by Vian Borchert are currently available for viewing in New York. The artist has a long-standing relationship with Lichtundfire, participating in many gallery exhibitions to showcase her latest creations. This September is no exception, as Vian Borchert’s art has become part of a new group show titled “Gravity Field.” The exhibition runs at Lichtundfire through September 27, 2025, Wednesday to Saturday, 12pm – 6pm.

“Gravity Field” features four newest works by Vian Borchert, giving visitors a unique glimpse of the artist’s views on the present-day unsettling urban dynamics in the conditions of looming uncertainty. According to Borchert, the exhibition emotionally resonates with her reflections on the fragile state of the modern world, shattered by recent wars, disasters, and broader social unrest. Her paintings presented at “Gravity Field” cover the themes of psychological and emotional turmoil accompanying the navigation of modern changes, as well as a sense of loss and turbulence, which comes with the internalization of present-day challenges. The artist also touches upon her favorite subject – the city as a living being reflecting the complex inner processes its dwellers undergo.
