Lichtundfire opened a group exhibition titled “ARIADNE’s CREST: Ad Astra | To the Stars” on December 5, 2025, to celebrate the gallery’s 10th anniversary. For the event, Vian Borchert created four new paintings inspired by Greek legends about Ariadne and Dionysus and her own memories of spending summers in Greece as a child. These include “Threshold,” “Portara,” “Gateway to Sea,” and “Columns of the Temple of Apollo,” with each work being deeply emotional and light, executed in the artist’s signature seascape technique. The exhibition is on view at Lichtundfire through January 3, 2026.
