TAG Heuer Aquaracer Full Black
The Aquaracer collection of watches is an integral part of Tag Heuer and their luxury creations for divers. As is part of their name, they can withstand water pressure up to a depth of 500 meters. In the year 2010, the high end watch maker came out with their robust PVD diver watch with the name Aquaracer Full Black.
The titanium case of the model with PVD coating is certainly going to attract you with its brushed finish and elegance. The metal numbers on the ridged bezel of the Full Black helps you view time in increments of 10 each. The stylish black dial has an aesthetically crafted vertical ribbed effect on it. The color combination of hour indicators as well as the hour / minutes / seconds hands gels perfectly with the black background. Ample use of lume over yellow and green shades ensures the legibility of the watch. The watch has its date window at 9 O’ clock position and is magnified for legibility. A helium escape valve is incorporated in order to stick with the design followed in the Aquaracer 500m collection of diver watches.
The watch model with the reference number WAJ2180.FT6015 weighs only 98 grams and is quite light on your wrists. In contrast, the stainless steel version is a lot bulkier at 130 grams. The quality of the titanium used in the watch is responsible for this weightlessness. As always, Tag Heuer is able to choose the right materials to come up with a stylish watch to be added to their proud collection of high end watches.
The Full Black model has a size of 43 mm and follows the stylistic features of the Aquaracer 500m line of watches. The watch has a rotating bezel with rubber insert and metallic numbers around it. The soft touch bezel might look and feel like made of soft: but, that is not the case. It has a rubber crown in place too. At the 60 minute mark of the bezel, you can see a dot with shades of yellow and green, and lots of lume applied on it.
A Caliber 5 automatic movement is the work horse behind the Aquaracer Full Black model. This caliber is used in many models from the Tag Heuer brand. Of course, the Aquaracer 500m line and their automatic watches with hour / minute / second hands use this efficient caliber. As is the case with other diver watches in the line, the Full Black is also able to withstand water pressure up to a depth of 500 meters. The rubber strap that comes with the watch is textured in nature and has a locking clasp incorporated in to it.
At this moment, it may not be easy to lay your hand on an original model of watch from the stable. But, there are a variety of watch models available from the brand and you may as well purchase the nice model named Aquaracer 500m Full Black chronograph version.
