Audemars Piguet is one of my favorite horology manufacturers. Audemars Piguet’s Jules Audemars Tourbillion Chronograph in 18k Rose Gold is a fine watch. I chose this piece over similar models because of its unique dial. I am a huge fan of tourbillion complications in general. The Jules Audemar Tourbillion Chronograph in 18k Rose Gold features tourbillion and chronograph functions. The styling of this piece is classic, which was something I loved about it. The large hour numerals reminded me of the retro 1980’s watch styles. They make up their own subring within the dial, which I hadn’t seen in a watch before.

The Jules Audemar Tourbillion Chronograph is on the larger size. I typically prefer 38-42 mm dials. This piece has a 45 mm dial, which is a little large on my wrist. It is in no way uncomfortable though. It is also on the heavier side, which I personally find appealing in luxury wristwatches. The gold clasp is also an interesting touch. This truly is a handsome watch. I usually wear it on special occasions only. It is a fine piece that is unlike any other watch in my collection. I recommend the rose gold model to anyone seeking a more luxurious touch.
