Raymond Weil
Raymond Weil is an independent luxury Swiss watchmaker founded in 1976 in Geneva, Switzerland by Raymond Weil. Weil launched his company in the middle of the quartz crisis. One year later he launched the Amadeus collection in conjunction with the world acclaimed film of the same name by Milos Forman. In 1986 they launched the Othello collection, an ultra-thin timepiece (1.2mm) that helped generate worldwide popularity for Raymond Weil. The company produces luxury models for both women and men. Some of their timepieces contain 18 karat gold and high-quality diamonds, while others consist primarily of stainless steel quartz, titanium, and carbon fiber.
Many Raymond Weil models are heavily influenced by musical masterpieces. The Parsifal collection merges symmetry and valiance, reflective of the Wagner opera’s protagonist. Mozart’s comedic opera prompted the daring design and advanced technology of the Don Giovanni collection. Raymond Weil wristwatches are highly collectible for both music and timepiece enthusiasts alike. Raymond Weil wristwatches boast incredible quality, craftsmanship and style at a mid-luxury price.
